How long until my order arrives?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for orders to arrive unless otherwise advised. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you!

How do I best care for my new ceramics?

All pieces are dishwasher proof, however will be safest hand washed.

Will sold out items become restocked? 

Most probably. If there’s something you want that you see has sold out, please get in touch!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us with a photograph of your delivered item for assessment.

Do you take custom orders? 

Absolutely! Call or email us to discuss what you have in mind.
